Stone Harbor Lakes
Stone Harbor Golf Club is a private golf club in Stone Harbor, NJ. The development site surrounding the course consists of 161 acres and will hold 201 homes. Construction is set to begin Q4 2021.
Odessa National Golf Club
Odessa National Golf Club is a 761 home planned community. It was built on 608 acres of land which includes the golf course, homes, walking trails, and parks. It includes six housing types to create distinct communities within the development.
The Colony at Valley Forge
The Colony at Valley Forge is a residential community in Montgomery County, PA on a 58 acre parcel. The development includes 169 town homes and 60 single family homes.
Upland Square Shopping Center

Upland Square Shopping Center is in Pottstown, PA. The project is situated at the intersection of three townships and consists of 24 retail locations ranging from 2,000 to 50,000 square feet.
Avalon Dunes
Avalon Dunes is a mixed used development in Avalon, NJ. The ground floor consists of four retail units and the upper two floor are five residential units.
